My intake on Vivian Maier 's photos

Today in photography we watched a Documentary Film " Finding Vivian Maier " by John Mloof  The film inspired me to be more open-mined. Watching The documentary I learned how this woman looked at life. How she had seen the bad in life but had also made it seem like there was still happiness in the photo. Vivian had moved from place to place using fake names, and being a nanny in order to get what she wanted. To some Vivian may have seemed awkward but by being the odd one she has such talent. John Mloof had started with an auction and ended up fulfilling her dream by making her photo's come to life. Vivian Maier and John Mloof  are amazing artist thousands are able to see ones unfinished work brought to life. I've selected a few photo's from Vivian to show  her talent.

 

San Francisco

Monday morning SAVA students took a field trip to San Francisco with our amazing teacher Derek. The trip was exciting, tiering, and fun at the same time. I enjoyed taking pictures of the bridge and the waves. It was a good experience meeting other SAVA students.

Landscape

Today Derek took the photography student to Elder Creek Cemetery. Derek took away are phones so the students could focus on taking pictures without distractions. The experience was nice. I enjoyed taking pictures and reading what the tombstones had said. I did not like the houses and buildings behind. After all i had a nice time at the cemetery. The picture i adore the most is the one with the teddy bear. Simply because it shows how the family and friends show there respect.

My day at Arden through photography. It was a hot afternoon felt like summer. I decided to go to Arden and get new make-up just to past the time by while my cousin got new headphones at the apple store. I met two new friends I don't remember there names but they were very nice and fun to take a picture with. Although I didn't like my face in the photo I still had enjoyed it. I went down to the service station to talk with security. They didn't like that i took photos because of the terriorism.  

Old Sacramento Field Trip

On Nov 17, 2015 I went on a field trip to Old Sac. Even though I've been there before I've seen much more. I got closer to student's in my class. My assignment was to pick a subject. I had trouble staying focus so I decided to be creative and choose the details on Old Sacramento. When you go to a place you see the basic subjects. You really don't see the details.
